What Is Icons Range?

Icons Range is an E-Liquid range based on the most topped up flavours from our subscriptions! Our entire Icons range consists of 50ml shortfill E-Liquids, which have been designed to allow room for 10ml nic shots to be added. Our Icons Range are all pre steeped for at least a month

How do the Icons Range subscriptions work?

You will be billed for your first month at checkout and sent your Icons within 48 hours, after that you will be billed on the same date of each month following that. For example, if you order your first month’s subscription on the 2nd of the month will always be billed on the 2nd.

Can I Choose Which E-Liquids Flavours I Will Receive?

The individual bottles will be selected at random, however you can pick a prefered flavour profile from these options: Desserts, Fruits, Mixed or No Ice.

We believe this will provide our subscribers with a more consistent experience because you are able to select a flavour profile you like from our Icons Range and you will only receive these flavours in your subscription packs.

Will I Receive The Same Flavour More Than Once?

With the Icons Range subscriptions, it is possible you will get the same flavour more than once.

However, we will ensure that you will never receive the same flavour two months in a row.

Is There A Contract?

No, you can cancel at any time!

When Will My Subscription Arrive?

Within the UK – All subscriptions are sent out via Royal Mail 48.
Outside the UK – We estimate 3-7 days within the EU and 5-10 days outside the EU.

What are Shortfill Subscriptions?

Our longest-running and most popular subscription, the Shortfill Subscriptions feature 50ml Bottles of top quality E-Liquid with Nic Shots included. Select the plan that suits you best and we’ll dispatch your subscription within 48 hours.

What Nicotine Strength Are The E-Liquids?

All of our Shortfills come as 50ml nicotine-free bottles with nicotine shots included as part of our package to bring them up to 3mg.

Will I know which E-Liquids flavours I am going to get?

With our shortfill subscriptions – No! That is part of the fun 🙂

However, if you choose one of our Icons Range or VapeSalt subscriptions you can select your preferred flavour profile.

What Is The VapeMail Prize Wheel?

Every month we give away huge prizes to our members!

What is VapeSalt?

VapeSalt is a nicotine salt range created by VapeMail. 10 fabulous flavours mixed in our ISO clean room with 20mg of nicotine to give you the smoothest nicotine hit from your pod device.

What is Nicotine Salt?

Nicotine salt allows you to vape higher nicotine strength liquids without the harshness so you don’t experience the rough sensation on your throat that you sometimes get with other high nicotine E-Liquids. I Am A Previous VapeMail Subscriber, How Do I Sign Up Again?

All you have to do is log in and go through checkout with the package you want selected and follow the sign up instructions on page. You don’t have to make a new account!

Does VapeMail Ship Worldwide?
